The Courtyard Resort is a timeshare located on Main Street in beautiful downtown Hyannis, Massachusetts. Nestled in among many eclectic shops, eateries, and beaches, the Courtyard Resort is the perfect spot to relax and get away from everyday life. Take a walk down Main Street and visit the many boutiques, gift shops, and art galleries. Have a bite to eat at any of the restaurants, bars, bakeries, or cafes. You can take a short drive to Craigville beach, where you can relax on the sand or play in the surf. 



The Courtyard Resort has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and saunas for added relaxation. We also offer an inviting outdoor courtyard equipped with fire pits for grilling and picnic tables, a great place to congregate with family and friends.

The whole family will feel welcomed at The Cove at Yarmouth. Children will be happy swimming in their own pool, playing in the playground, joining others in the Games Room. Location and Features.
Located in the heart of Cape Cod, the Edgewater sits on the shores of Nantucket Sound. Guests step from their doorsteps through the pristine dunes to 400 feet of private beach. Location and Features.
Situated directly across from Loon Mountain is the Village of Loon Mountain Lodges resort. Onsite are 12 tennis courts, a game room, an outdoor and an indoor pool, a whirlpool/hot tub, basketball court, and children's playground area. The resort also has a health club,, and concierge service. In winter, shuttle service is provided to over to the ski area, and other ski areas are just a short drive away.

Guestrooms.

The Village of Loon Mountain offers lodging for parties of from 2 to 6 in 74 units on three floors. Each unit has a kitchen, fireplace, balcony or private deck with mountain and valley views. Other amenities include cable TV with DVD and phone.

Area Info.
Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing are the major winter activities at Loon Mountain. The mountain is big, with 45 trails winding down 2,100 vertical feet, all spread over 275 beautiful acres. One trail, Bear Claw, is 2.5 miles long. Ten lifts serve skiers. But winter is only one season, and there’s a lot to do all year long in and around Lincoln, everything from Murder Mystery Weekends, a motorcycle rally, the New England Brewfest in June, a parade and fireworks show on July 4, the NH Highland Games in early fall, and, of course, the incredible display of foliage as autumn comes on in earnest.
